CLOWN Pack DLC Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to participants worldwide in all regions where Deceit 2 can be played. Participants must follow the official Deceit 2 X/Twitter account and retweet the giveaway post to be eligible. Only one entry per person will be counted.

2. Giveaway Period:
   The giveaway begins on 18.10.2024 and ends on 21.10.2024 at 11:59 PM [BST].

3. Entry Requirements:
   To enter, participants must:

   • Retweet the official giveaway post

   • Follow the Deceit 2 X account
     Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winners:
   5 winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via direct message on X within 7 days of the giveaway closing. Winners must respond via DM with their chosen platform (PC, PlayStation, Xbox.) within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

5. Prizes:
   Each winner will receive one digital download code for the CLOWN Pack DLC for Deceit 2. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods.

6. Conditions of Participation:
   By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the organiser, which are final and binding.

   This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X, nor is X associated with this giveaway in any way.

8. Data Collection:
   Personal data, such as X handles and platform preference, will only be used to administer the giveaway and contact winners. This data will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
